Our versatile range of honeycomb, also known as hokey pokey, sea foam, cinder toffee or sponge toffee, is bake stable and freezer-friendly, perfect for any confectionery creation. Our Honeycomb is a light and sweet product made by aerating cooked sugar to give the distinctive bubbly texture and subtle, nostalgic taste. It’s plant-based and naturally vegan friendly. With options for indulgent coatings such as chocolate, and bronze dustings, or fat barrier coatings for bake-resistant and freeze-thaw applications, our Honeycomb Toffeecomb is engineered for consistency and versatility. Available in various sizes, from 2-5mm to 6-15mm, our honeycomb can be barrier coated for inclusion or as a delectable topping for ice cream and artisan bakery creations.
